Looking for swim lessons while the pool is open? We’ve got you covered.

Rama partners with our pool management company to offer swim lessons to members.  Registration for private swim lessons for the summer opens on May 1 each year. A few notes:

• Ages are 3 – 13yo, see below for session descriptions
• There are no last-minute drop-ins of scheduling allowed for lessons. You must sign up for lessons ahead of time.
• Members must pay close attention to the Swim Lesson Waiver for all rules and guidelines pertaining to the lessons, including cancellations.

A session is made up of four (4) 30-minute classes.  Each session cost is $200.

If one sibling is around the same age and at the same swim level, they may be added to the same session at an additional cost of $75.  Any child must be 3 years old prior to the start of the swim lesson class.  We teach beginners/basic levels for young children.  Some examples are as follows:

• Tadpole 1: entering & exiting water safely, blowing bubbles in water, submerging and floating, rollover in water, exploring arm and hand movements, water safety, independence in water, how to get help

• Tadpole 2: Jumping/exiting safely, multiple seconds of floatation, gliding, and rollover in water. Treading water, water safety, how to get help

Pricing:

Private 1:1 (SLI & child) – $200
Semi-Private (SLI, child & sibling) +$75

Schedule:

4 classes = 1 session over one or two weeks. This could be:

• Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs
• Tues/Thurs and Tue/Thurs
• 9a-10am (one hour before the pool opens)
• NO SESSIONS on Fri/Sat/Sun
• Sessions are not held during mid-day/afternoon, unless its a makeup class.
